If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in the processing stage and we may not be able to make any changes.
If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in great condition. A product is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective—not just if the box is dented or scuffed.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [support@wiekend.com], and include a clear photo of the damage.
We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, send a free replacement.
Please note: we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use, misuse, or wear and tear.
Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier.
